AI deployment capability, measured in five levels.
The level is the credential. The mission or project is the assessment context. Learners advance by demonstrating stronger deployment judgment—not by collecting course completions.
01 / CREDENTIAL LEVELS
Each level represents a different standard of demonstrated capability.
Project names remain visible as assessment context, but the portable credential is the level and capability title.

Completion of one end-to-end simulated deployment mission and its required portfolio.

These credentials are not academic degrees, government licenses, regulated professional authorizations, employment guarantees, or claims that a holder can approve every real-world AI deployment.
02 / LEVEL 3 VERIFIED STANDARD
Evidence of applied deployment judgment.
Level 3 is the first independently verified credential. It is not awarded for watching videos, paying a fee, or merely completing every page.
Frame an operational problem around a specific decision.
Reconcile incomplete or contradictory evidence.
Design an appropriate technical intervention.
Build or specify a credible operational slice.
Define representative evaluation and failure criteria.
Address reliability, security, and operational risk.
Define release, monitoring, escalation, and rollback criteria.
Defend release, conditional release, revision, or stop.
Assessment context
A Level 3 credential can be earned through D2V Mock Freight or another approved mission. The verification record states the exact mission, version, rubric, and assessment method used.
03 / REQUIRED EVIDENCE
A complete deployment record.
Candidates submit one substantial official mission or an approved real-world project with confidential information removed.

Completion does not guarantee verified issuance. A defensible recommendation to stop or revise can pass; unsupported confidence cannot.

Meet the overall and category thresholds, pass the defense, and avoid critical integrity, safety, or evidence failures.

Unlisted credentials can be shared by URL without being indexed by search engines.
Revocation
Records remain visible after revocation so an old PDF or LinkedIn post cannot continue appearing valid.

The pilot uses one level, one official assessment context, one published rubric, one defense, one bounded revision opportunity, and one permanent verification record.
