Every Mission requires evidence review, staged decisions, a working slice or design, complication response, artifacts, a rubric, and a final recommendation that preserves uncertainty and authority.
Separate the request from the decision.
Build an evidence and authority map.
Define a bounded deployment problem.
Create the minimum deployable workflow.
Produce a working slice and failure behavior.
Respond when a material assumption fails.
Define pilot, ownership, rollback, and adoption.
Scale, constrain, revise, continue, or stop.
